Description
Simultaneous bone augmentation and implant placement is now possible using contemporary bone grafting solutions such as the allograft ring. Additionally, patient treatment time is reduced by approximately five months compared to traditional bone block augmentation. Full-day training is provided by Dr. Bernhard Giesenhagen, the inventor of the allogenic ring technique, while gaining valuable hands-on experience using an allograft ring product.
Develop new hands-on skills to perform advanced and complex techniques using this innovative, one-step procedure. The course provides participants with hands-on training while performing oral implant surgery and soft tissue techniques using an allograft ring. Participants learn the step-by-step allograft bone ring surgical protocol on pig jaw models. The remaining is comprised of lectures that provide explanations of the new technique.
Participants perform the procedure on jaw model. Faculty is present to provide oversight and to guide participants throughout the entire training. In addition to jaw models, the course provides surgical units, ring technique instruments, implants and disposal material for all participants.
