Dr. William Abbott

Born in Regina, Saskatchewan, Dr. William G. Abbott grew up in Sarnia, Ontario. After attending University of Western Ontario, Bill obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto in 1976. His post-graduate education included internship at University Hospital in London, Ontario, followed by completion of a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Bill has been in private practice in London, Ontario since 1980. Bill is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a past examiner for the college. He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a past president of the Canadian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the London and District Dental Society. Bill was previously an Associate Clinical Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and currently Study Club Coordinator for the Canadian Section of ITI. Bill is a frequent speaker at study clubs and dental societies. Dr. Abbott holds Honorary Fellowships in the Academy of Dentistry International (ADI) and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He is also the recipient of numerous service awards.

Majd Al Mardini, D.D.S., FRCD(C)

Majd Al Mardini is a Maxillofacial Prosthodontist, he received his undergrad and D.D.S. from Damascus University and the University of Western Ontario. He received a Certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York and then completed a Fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics and Oncologic Dentistry at the University of Texas, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas. He currently maintains a private practice in Hamilton (www.dralmardini.com) focusing on Esthetics, Implant, reconstructive dentistry and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics. Dr. Al Mardini is also the director of the Maxillofacial Prosthetics Unit at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. He is also an Associate in Dentistry at the University of Toronto, and a Fellow of the ITI (International Team for Implantology), a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a fellow of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthodontist. Dr. Al Mardini is the Communications Officer for the Canadian Section.

Tracy Anderson Butler, RDH, MFT Straumann Hygienist Education Director

Mrs. Butler has 24 years of diverse experience in the dental industry from chairside and beyond. Tracy is a registered dental hygienist, thought leader, motivational speaker, sales leader/coach and change agent. She believes the key to every successful treatment outcome begins with an accurate assessment leading to a co-diagnosis between the patient and dental team. Tracy's passion for dentistry and commitment to ultimate patient care has propelled her to pursue a career in regenerative medicine with Straumann, USA and is currently Director Hygiene Education/Relations, North America. Tracy believes in keeping her bio brief and focus on her audience to spread the power of positivity and growth in each of us achieving our ideal day. Dr. Tara Aghaloo

Dr. Tara Aghaloo completed her dental training at the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency and M.D. at UCLA. Subsequently, she completed a Ph.D. in Oral Biology at UCLA. She is currently Professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Assistant Dean for Clinical Research at the UCLA School of Dentistry. Dr. Aghaloo is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a board member of the Academy of Osseointegration, a fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI), and section editor of the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants. She also serves on many committees in other organizations including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Aghaloo has authored many peer-reviewed publications, and is a member of the ITI research committee and NIH DSR study section. She lectures nationally and internationally on dental implants, alveolar ridge augmentation, and peri-implantitis. She maintains a clinical practice focusing on bone and soft tissue regeneration and dental implants.

Dr. Oliver Blume

Dr. Blume began practicing as a Training Assistant and Medical Specialist in 1991 at the Department of Clinic of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg. In 1994, he received recognition as a Dentist for Oral Surgery followed by a PhD in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery two years later. He established a private practice focused on implantology with Dr. Back in Munich in 2002. He earned his Master of Science in Implantology in 2012. Additional certifications include "Activity emphasis on implantology" from the Federal Association Dt. Doctors in oral maxillofacial surgery (07/2002) and "Speaker for training courses in implantology" from the Implantology Consensus Conference (08/2003).

Dr. Allen Burgoyne

Dr. Burgoyne received his DDS from the University of Western Ontario in 1984. After 2 years of teaching, research and private practice he was accepted into the renowned graduate program in Periodontal-Prosthetics at the University of Washington in Seattle. In 1989 he completed a Master of Science in Dentistry and his Certificate in Prosthodontics under the mentorship of Dr. R. Youdelis, Dr. J Kois and Dr. F. Spear. He returned to a half-time teaching position and private practice in London, Ontario in 1989. Since 1991 he has been in full time private practice in Kitchener, Ontario. He has lectured extensively on aesthetics, prosthodontics and implant dentistry in Canada and internationally. Dr. Burgoyne is a member of the Association of Prosthodontists of Canada, the American College of Prosthodontists, and the Academy of Osseointegration. He is an active member of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry. He is a Fellow of the International Team for Oral Implantolgy and a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Dr. Burgoyne is a past-president of the Association of Prosthodontists of Ontario, a former Assistant Professor at the University of Western Ontario and a former Clinical Instructor at the University of Washington. He is the author of several scientific papers and has given over 200 continuing dental education seminars.

Kathi Carlson, CDA, FADIA

Kathi Carlson, CDA, FADIA, is a graduate of Indiana University's Certified Dental Assisting Program, and has been in the profession of dentistry for many years with the last 25 focused on implant dentistry. She is the creator of "The Implant Consortium" and has trained implant teams nationally, as well as throughout the international dental community. Kathi is a credentialed and charismatic facilitator, offering referral programs on case presentation and the team approach to implants, as well as clinical and implant coordinator development programs that are always cutting-edge, engaging, informative and high energy! She is a Fellow and a founding Certified Educator for the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries (ADIA) and was the recipient of the ADIA's Educator of the Year Award in 2008. Kathi has contributed to and co-authored several implant training manuals. Her passion is patient communication, case presentation and working with referring teams to help better understand and appreciate the benefits of implants.

Dr. Robert Carmichael

Robert Carmichael was born in Powell River on Canada's West Coast. He completed his dental training at the University of British Columbia in 1981. Following a 3-year residency in the department of masticatory disorders and removable prosthodontics at the University of Zurich, he attended the University of Toronto where he completed a diploma in prosthodontics. While a fellow of the Medical Research Council of Canada at the University of Toronto, he received his masters of science in oral biology. Presently he serves as chief of dentistry and director of the Ontario Cleft Lip & Palate/Craniofacial Dental Program at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital in Toronto. He is also chairman of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) Scholarship Center at Holland Bloorview, coordinator of prosthodontics at Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children, assistant professor at the University of Toronto, and chairman of the ITI, Canada Section. In 2015 Robert was a recipient of the Ontario Dental Association Service Award.

Brandon Dickerman, CDT

Brandon Dickerman, CDT is a 3rd generation Dental Technician. Since graduating the University of Vermont in 2009, he has worked in his family's dental laboratory, Dickerman Dental Prosthetics, in Sharon, MA. Since August 2010 he has been solely responsible for all of the guided surgery at DDP. Brandon is thoroughly familiar with the coDiagnostix guided surgery treatment planning software as well as the GonyX table. Over the last 2 years Brandon, alongside his father Ira, have traveled around New England assisting in chairside immediate load procedures. In the past 6 years he has lectured for Straumann on both Guided Surgery and Pro Arch Immediate Load chairside techniques and published an article in IDT (Inside Dental Technology). In January of 2015 Brandon had an opportunity to speak for Straumann at their North American Sales Meeting in Vancouver, British Colombia. In February of 2016 he lectured on a panel in San Diego, California at Straumann's Corporate Forum at the Academy of Osseointegration annual meeting on Pro Arch utilizing the Team Approach.

Ira N. Dickerman, CDT, TE, AAS

Ira N. Dickerman, CDT,TE,AAS Co Owner and operator of Dickerman Dental Prosthetics, Sharon, MA USA. Dickerman Dental Prosthetics is a full service dental laboratory. Dickerman specializes in full mouth rehabilitation and complex restorative dentistry. Ira worked from the age of 13 in his fatherís dental laboratory. Ira was formally trained in dental technology and has worked full time as a dental technician since 1977. In 1984 Ira had the opportunity to fabricate the first Branemark Hybrid Prosthesis to be delivered in New England. In 1994 Ira was awarded ìTechnician of the Yearî by The Massachusetts Dental Society. In 2009 he was awarded the Excellence in Education Award from the National Association of Dental Laboratories. Ira has lectured Nationally and Internationally to Dentists, Dental Technicians and Implant Manufacturers Staff. His lectures include many topics of interests to dentists and technicians including but not limited to: Dentist- Dental Laboratory Communication, Dental Photography, Dental Implants for dentists and technicians and Power Point Training. He has taught via lecture as well as with hands on formats. Married 30 years to Cindi and the father of two children Brandon and Danielle.

Preston Dokuchie, RDT

Preston Dokuchie is the owner of Bespoke Dental Solutions Inc. located in Burlington Ontario, Canada. Preston's interest in dental technology began in 1996. While immersing himself into the laboratory environment, Preston enrolled in George Brown College in Toronto Ontario, Canada to complete formal training in Dental Technology. Upon graduation, Preston pursued and achieved a General Certificate of Registration with The College of Dental Technologists of Ontario in 2004. Preston and his high performance team at Bespoke Dental Solutions currently work with developing manufacturing technologies and companies testing materials to share and advance the Dental Technology profession. His synergistic approach to the restorative team is key, coupled with a willingness to share propels a higher level of patient specific restorations. Born from these principals, Preston has designed Bespoke Dental Solutions Inc. as an intimate training facility focusing on one on one to small groups.

Dr. Marshall Freilich

Dr. Freilich received his Bachelor of Science degree from York University in 1987, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto in 1991. He completed a General Practice Residency at the University of British Columbia in 1992, following which he practiced general dentistry for two years. Dr. Freilich obtained his surgical residency training at Dalhousie University, graduating with a Master of Science degree in 1998, and pursued fellowship training in Paediatric and Reconstructive oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Toronto affiliated teaching hospitals. Dr. Freilich was privileged to have been mentored throughout his fellowship by a surgeon trained and experienced in both plastic and oral and maxillofacial surgical disciplines. He remains one of only a few oral and maxillofacial surgeons in Canada with formal fellowship-level training in pediatric surgery.

Dr. Freilich has been a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, since 1999. He is the Coordinator of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Services at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, Staff Surgeon at Humber River Hospital, Consultant Surgeon at Baycrest Hospital,and Clinical Instructor/Associate in Dentistry in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto. Dr. Freilich is a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI), and a Faculty Member of the annual Canadian ITI Education Week. He is Past-President of the Ontario Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and has authored several peer-reviewed journal articles.

Dr. Paul Fugazzotto

Dr. Paul Fugazzotto received his D.D.S. from New York University in 1979 and a certificate in advanced graduate studies in periodontology from Boston University in 1981. Since that time Dr. Fugazzotto has maintained a private practice in periodontics and implant therapy in Milton, Massachusetts. Dr. Fugazzotto has authored or co-authored over 90 articles in refereed scientific journals, as well as authoring a monograph entitled "Guided Tissue Regeneration: Maximizing Clinical Results" and three textbooks including "Decision Making in Regenerative and Implant Therapies" and "Periodontal Restorative Interrelationships: Maximizing Treatment Outcomes". Dr. Fugazzotto is an active member of many organizations and is a Fellow of the International Team of Implantology. Dr. Fugazzotto is a Senior Editor of "Implant Realities" and the past US ITI Study Club Coordinator. Dr. Fugazzotto is a visiting lecturer at Harvard University and Tufts University Schools of Dentistry. Dr. Fugazzotto lectures nationally and internationally on a multitude of topics.

Dr. German Gallucci

Dr. German Gallucci is the Director of Advanced Graduate Education in Oral Implantology at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the Department of Prosthodontics, School of Dental Medicine at the University of Geneva, Switzerland. Dr. Gallucci actively participates in clinical research related to esthetics, loading protocols, and clinical performance of implant components in implant therapy. He is a member of the Editorial Board of Clinical Oral Implants Research, and his work has been published in international peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Gallucci participates as an invited lecturer at conferences and congresses across Europe, the US, and South America. Dr. Gallucci is a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI), Switzerland, active member of the Academy of Osseointegration (AO), and European Academy of Osseointegration (EAO).

Dr. Jeffrey Ganeles

Dr. Ganeles is a periodontist practicing with the Florida Institute for Periodontics & Dental Implants in Boca Raton, FL. He is a frequent speaker at symposia and meetings on subjects relating to periodontics and implant dentistry focusing on tissue regeneration, implant loading, implant esthetics, image guidance and practice management and has appeared at national and international meetings such as AO, AAP, AAOMS, ITI, AAID and ICOI. Currently, he serves as Clinical Associate Professor at Nova Southeastern University, College of Dental Medicine, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and holds an appointment at Boston University Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology; Fellow of the American College of Dentists; Fellow of the Academy of Osseointegration and a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI). Previously, he was consultant and surgeon for several reality television shows including ABC "Extreme Makeover" and UK Channel 5 "Brand New You".

Dr. Ganeles is a graduate of Cornell University and received his DMD from Boston University Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry; completed a General Practice Residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, then received his Certificate in Periodontics from the University of Pennsylvania College of Dental Medicine in 1987. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and chapters in text books and has participated in a number of clinical research projects looking at various aspects of implant dentistry and tissue regeneration.

Dr. Bernhard Giesenhagen

Dr. Bernhard Giesenhagen, Scientific Assistant at the Dental Prosthetics Department at Christian Albrechts University in Kiel. Specialized in implant dentistry since 1980. Lecturer at numerous education events in Germany and other countries since 1995. Medical Director of the Pro-Implant Institute of Dental Implantology and of the International Training Centre in Kassel since 2003.

Luiz Gonzaga, DDS, MS

Graduated from Brazil's Catholic University of Brasilia College of Dentistry in 2004. After working in private practice and taking periodontology and implantology CE courses for one year, he was accepted for the Implant/Periodontic specialty training, graduating in 2009. Dr. Gonzaga was awarded with the ITI scholarship in 2010 and completed his OMFS fellowship that same year. He was accepted to the graduate Prosthodontics program at the University of Florida in 2011 where he obtained Prosthodontics specialty training and a MS. Dr. Gonzaga is a member of the International Team for Implantology, the American College of Prosthodontics, the American Equilibration Society, the Academy of Osseointegration and the American Academy Cosmetic Dentistry.

Adam Hamilton, BDSc, DCD

Dr. Adam Hamilton is a full time faculty member and lecturer in Advanced Graduate Implant Dentistry and the interim director of the Division of Regenerative and Implant Sciences at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He completed his general dental education at the University of Western Australia and has a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry in the specialty of Prosthodontics from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and the International Team for Implantology (ITI). He was the recipient of an ITI scholarship through which he completed a Fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at University of Florida's Center for Implant Dentistry. He has conducted research into the fit of CAD/CAM implant abutments and has a special interest in dento-facial esthetics and implant rehabilitation of the edentulous patient. He also maintains a part time clinical practice focusing on prosthodontic and implant treatment at the Harvard Dental Center.

Dr. Scott Keith

Dr. Scott Keith received his DDS with valedictorian honors from the University of California, San Francisco in 1995. He then completed specialty training in Prosthodontics at the Baylor College of Dentistry and also earned a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology. Dr. Keith has published several articles and has presented his research into dental implants internationally. In June of 1998, Dr. Keith's work won the International Team for Implantology (ITI) Research Competition for his presentation at the ITI World Symposium in Boston. Dr. Keith was then awarded a prestigious surgical implant fellowship by the ITI to further his training at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine where he also maintained a faculty appointment teaching at the pre-doctoral and graduate levels. A board-certified fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists, Dr. Keith is also a fellow of the ITI, and a member of the Academy of Osseointegration, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Currently, Dr. Keith maintains a private practice in the Dental Implant Center @ Walnut Creek

Dr. Robert A. Levine

Dr. Robert A. Levine maintains a full time private practice in the Einstein Center One Building in Northeast Philadelphia focusing on Surgical Implant Placement, Cosmetic Oral Plastic Surgery Procedures and Reconstructive and Regenerative Therapy. He is presently a Clinical Professor in Post-Graduate Periodontics and Dental Implantology at the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry at Chapel Hill. Dr. Levine is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, a Fellow of the College of Physicians in Philadelphia and a Fellow of the International Society of Periodontal Plastic Surgeons. He received his dental degree from Temple University in 1981 and Certificate in Periodontics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984. He has lectured extensively both nationally and internationally, serves on the Editorial Boards of numerous international scientific dental journals and has authored over 70 articles and 4 book chapters. He is a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) of Basel, Switzerland and was one of 100 representatives from around the world invited to participate in the ITI 4th Consensus Conference in Stuttgart, Germany (2008) and in Bern, Switzerland (2013) to establish treatment protocols for implant dentistry worldwide. Since 1984, Dr. Levine has been President, founder and Program Chairman of the Northeast Philadelphia Dental Implant and Perio-Prosthesis Study and in 2009, he founded the Greater Philadelphia Dental Hygiene Study Club. He has been Director and Program Chairman of the Philadelphia Tri-State ITI Study Club since 2007, one of the original six ITI Study Clubs in the United States. He is a recent past President of the Kornberg School of Dentistry Alumni Association (2012-2014) and is presently on the Board of Directors of the Temple University Alumni Association. Dr. Levine, and his wife, Dr. Sheryl Radin, are also deeply involved in The Growing Smiles Foundation, a non-profit organization with their daughter, Bari. The most recent annual outreach mission, led by Bari, Levine's wife and their son, Ross, both pediatric dentists, and Dr. Levine, brought 17 dental students from Kornberg School of Dentistry to La Sagrada Familia orphanage outside of Lima, Peru. They provided over $130,000 in comprehensive free dentistry to adults and children to which they would not otherwise have had access.

One of Dr. Levine's passions is sharing his knowledge and 30 years' experience with periodontal, prosthodontic and general practice residencies throughout the country as a visiting professor, lecturer and mentor. In addition to teaching at Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania Schools of Dental Medicine, the Albert Einstein Medical Center General Practice Residency (Philadelphia, PA) and the University of North Carolina School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Levine's travels have taken him to the Schools of Dentistry at Nova SE University (Ft. Lauderdale), University of Florida (Gainesville), University of Oregon (Portland), University of Indiana (Indianapolis), Harvard University (Boston), Georgia Regents University (GRU) in Augusta, the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston and the University of Bern in Switzerland.

Dr. Milan Madhavij

Milan graduated from the University of Manitoba DMD program in 2007 and from the University of Toronto Oral Radiology program in 2010. He practices radiology full-time at Canaray, and has reported over 40,000 cases. His interests are software development and 3D printing for healthcare.

Dr. Robert Miller

Dr. Robert J. Miller received his dental degree from Boston University Goldman School of Dentistry in 1984. He received his Certificate for Advanced Graduate Study in periodontics from Boston University in 1986 and maintains a private periodontal practice in Plantation, Florida for over 25 years. He is an active member of the Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, Pierre Fauchard Academy, Academy of Dentistry International, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, South Palm Beach County Dental Association, Broward County Dental Association, and is a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI). He has a courtesy appointment with the Community Based division program at the University of Florida Hialeah Dental Clinic.

Chris Morris

Chris Morris, ADL Dental Laboratory After graduating from the University of Louisville School of Business with a degree in Marketing and Finance in 1991, Chris purchased ADL Dental Laboratory from Compdent Dental (which was owned by Allan Morris, his father.) With very little experience in the dental laboratory field, Chris decided to educate himself on dental implants, a division of dentistry that was still in its infancy. With the assistance a local General Dentist that was transitioning his private practice to focus on implant dentistry, surgical to restorative, he began taking every continuing education course that was available and learn not only the laboratory side but also the clinicians side so that he could be an asset to his clients and have a marketable uniqueness over the competition that was skilled in laboratory procedures but NOT implants. His area of expertise is in assisting with treatment planning, the use of multiple implants to restore the edentulous arch and immediate load temporization with fixed hybrids. His experience with fixed hybrids and early on immediate loading protocols, has led him to become a chairside assistant at the surgical step along with the general practitioners restorative procedure. As this procedure has become more popular, Chris has been traveling across the US assisting surgeons, general dentists and laboratories on this procedure and integrating into the mainstream practices. Chris belongs to the CAL lab group, a member of the Micro Dental Laboratory network of laboratories, two Spear study clubs and numerous implant and restorative local study clubs. Chris has lectured for most of the major implant companies, including, Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer/Atlantis, Thommen Medical and Biomet 3i. He is the Laboratory manager of ADL Dental Lab, a full service lab in Louisville, KY.

Dr. Dean Morton

Dr. Dean Morton studied dentistry at the University of Sydney, and completed an MS and Certificate in Prosthodontics at the University of Iowa. He is Professor and Chair of the Department of Prosthodontics at Indiana University. He also serves as Director of the Center for Implant, Esthetic and Innovative Dentistry. Dr. Morton is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, and a fellow of the Academy of Prosthodontics, American College of Prosthodontists and the International College of Dentists. He is a fellow of the International Team for Implantology, serving on the Board of Directors. He is an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants, and serves on the Editorial Advisory Boards of Clinical Advances in Periodontics and the Open Dental Journal. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles, and has authored the ITI Treatment Guide, Volume 2., Loading Protocols in Implant Dentistry. He lectures both nationally and internationally on implants and esthetic dentistry, and maintains a private practice limited to Prosthodontics, Implant and Aesthetic Dentistry.

Waldemar Polido, DDS, MS, PhD

Waldemar Polido is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with Master's and PhD degrees from the PUC University in Porto Alegre, Brazil, and a residency at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, USA. His practice is dedicated to oral and maxillofacial surgery and implant surgery in a multidisciplinary team approach at Contento-Odontologia Especializada and Moinhos de Vento Hospital in Porto Alegre. He is the Coordinator of the ITI Center of Excellence for Latin America. Dr. Polido is a member of the ITI Education Core Group. He is Editor-in-chief of the Brazilian journal Implantology, and is on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, His lectures and publications are dedicated to advanced and complex implant-related surgeries and orthognathic surgery.

Stefanie D. Seitz, D.D.S.

Dr. Stefanie D. Seitz graduated magna cum laude from The University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School – San Antonio in 2003. She maintained a private practice until 2011 and has been an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Comprehensive Dentistry at UTHSCSA since 2003. She is currently the Assistant Director for both the Digital Dentistry Program and Comprehensive Dentistry Implant Surgical Selective. Dr. Seitz has worked with various CAD/CAM software with a focus on virtual implant planning and surgical guide design.

Dr. Orcan Yuksel

Certified Implantologist and Implantological Trainer by the European Association of Dental Implantologists (BDIZ/EDI); Owner of a dental clinic in Frankfurt, Germany, specializing in Dental Aesthetics and Oral Implantology; Owner of the Educational Centre for Implantology and Adhesive Dentistry for over ten years; Belongs to the "Omega Group", an exclusive group of international lecturers; Provides lectures in Curriculum program of Oral Implantology at Frankfurt University; Serves as a member of the editorial team of the Turkish Quintessence Edition; Studied dentistry at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and Istanbul University (graduated in 1987).

Dr. HP Weber

Dr. Weber is Professor and Chair of the Department of Prosthodontics and Operative at Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine, a position he assumed in February 2010. He holds dental degrees from the University of Berne, Switzerland (Dr. med. dent., 1976) and the Harvard School of Dental Medicine (DMD, 1990), as well as Certificates in Prosthodontics (1979) and Periodontology (1984) from the University of Berne. He received his Swiss Board Certification in Periodontology in 1986. From 1990-2010 he served on the faculty of the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, of which the last 15 years as Chair of the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterials Sciences. He has made numerous contributions to the scientific literature in the field and lectures nationally and internationally. Dr. Weber is an active member of several professional organizations including the Academy of Prosthodontics, the Academy of Osseointegration, and the International Team of Implantology (ITI). He also received Honorary Membership in the American College of Prosthodontist. Dr. Weber is a Co-Editior of" Clinical Oral Implants Research" and serves as reviewer of several other journals.

Richard Zimmermann, D.D.S.

Dr. Richard Zimmermann graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1997, after which he completed an AEGD and received advanced prosthodontic training in the US Navy. After leaving the Navy, he became an Assistant Clinical Professor at UT Dental, San Antonio. Dr. Zimmermann is currently the Director of both the Digital Dentistry Program and Comprehensive Dentistry Implant Surgical Selective. He works with emerging software with a focus on both custom abutments and virtual implant planning for guided surgery.
