Tracy Zhou graduated from Tongji University with a Bachelor of Clinical Dentistry and has a Master Degree in the specialty of Implant Dentistry from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 2017, Dr. Zhou furthered her knowledge in the restorative and surgical aspects of Implantology through the ITI scholarship program in the Department of Regenerative and Implant Sciences at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She is currently a general practicer and implant specialist in Second Dental Clinic, Ninth People’s Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University, School of Medicine. She is an active member of ITI. She is also a member of Chinese Society of Stomatology, youth committee of Oral Implantology Academy of Shanghai Stomatological Association.

Life has changed significantly in the recent weeks with many of us having to adjust the way we practice and work, and live with recommendations to stay home where possible. This session will explore the dental implications of the recent health situation caused by COVID-19. A review of the most current guidelines and PPE recommendations for how to protect ourselves, our staff, our patients and the community. We will also discuss the new reality online learning and tele dentistry, and what life practicing dentistry looks like once social distancing measures are loosened and patients return for non-emergency dental care in our clinics and practices.
